I get access denied to my card scanner   

When I load my scanshell800N onto my vista home premium sp1, I get access 
denied in outlook 2007.

Have you checked the user manual for your card scanner to ensure that it is 
compatible with Windows version you are using?  Have you updated the 
drivers?

The problem lies with the scanner, and not Outlook.
