I just unstalled business contact manager because it was causing more problems that solutions and am using Outlook 2007 for my contact database. Is there a way to sort the contacts in Outlook by zip code??
You can easily sort any list view of your Contacts by any field you have added to the headers of that view. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "crazy old man" <crazy old man@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:8F63FE78-5E56-42B8-9B4A-7A7C6FB5681A@microsoft.com... >I just unstalled business contact manager because it was causing more > problems that solutions and am using Outlook 2007 for my contact database. > Is > there a way to sort the contacts in Outlook by zip code??

I added a zip code field in the table view, but since the zip code in part of the address field, how to get the zip code info into the zip code field I created. I guess I can type in the zip codes for the 759 existing contacts. Can a zip code field be added to the new contact form so that the zip code can be inserted to the zip code field in the table?? The zip code does not appear in a separate field in the address. The address sort starts with the street number then name. Can a separtate zip code field be added to the new contact??
