how do I download a outlook data file to phonebook   

I am trying to build an address book for a blackberry pearl 8110 in outlook.  
I have created a contact file but can't seem to get the information into an 
address book

Does the sync program you're using need the contacts in a contacts folder? 
Typically Outlook just exposes a contact folder as an address book.  Also, 
what version of Outlook are you using?
