When I receive meeting requests from others, my preview pane in Outlook shows "No response necessary". It is only after I open the email that the message shows "Accept, Decline, Tentative" etc. Any ideas what is happening? Is there a setting that I need to change?

I too - have one user that is having the exact same issue. A meeting request is sent to several people all "required Attendees" - one user views this in his preview pane and gets the "No Response Required" message. However he does need to respond.
