calendar won't share   

We set a calendar up in the office to share.  It's not working. We gave 
permissions to those that need it. Some of the office is on 2003 and some on 
2007, does that make a difference?  Can anyone help?

Define "not working". Also, you need to provide a lot more information like 
how you set up this shared calendar for example.
