Is it possible to attach a calendar via email on behalf of someone else?

To use the Send via email option you need to be logged into that mailbox. 
If they just need a document of the calendar, you can create one using 
Calendar printing assistant (print to an electronic doc) or a word template 
(save as doc or html).  See
