hi, i need help i got a database created by somone else. both the Use Access Special Keys check box and the Display Database Window check box may be cleared and the File menu is replaced with a custom menu. how can i restore the original menu? ctrl+F11 do not work thanks annie
Hold the shift key while the file opens. Once it is open you will see the database window. At the top of the screen find the tools tab, then go to startup, and in the startup dialog box check all the menus you want to start. -- Please remember to mark this as answered if this solves your problem.
