I would like to show a "Task" & "Sub-task" relationship in a table, and I would love to use something like Adobe's Advanced Data Grid control: http://www.onflex.org/ted/2007/06/flex-3-wednesday-components-and-sdk.php Is there something like this available for Office 2007? What would be another work-around? Tree-view control? Thanks for the input, Matthew Pfluger
You post only had one (the first) line about what you want to do, and that's pretty simple. The rest of your post kind of makes it unanswerable. Sort of like writing to a Ford forum and saying that you want a Ford except that all of the details and the appearance have to be just like a Chevy. Matthew, A treeview won't gve you the same kind of visualisation as Adobe's Advanced Data Grid control, but (not having examined that particular control) how do you know you can't use it in Access 2007? In any case, there are a multitude of third-party ActiveX controls out there. For example: http://www.devexpress.com/Products/ActiveX/XQuantumTreeList/ http://www.fpoint.com/products/list/list.aspx http://www.softelvdm.com/treeocx.html http://www.bennet-tec.com/btproducts/TList/TList.htm Regards, Graham R Seach Microsoft Access MVP Sydney, Australia "Matthew Pfluger" wrote in message news:ED733150-AD31-4CA3-8514-AF9976375481@microsoft.com... >I would like to show a "Task" & "Sub-task" relationship in a table, and I > would love to use something like Adobe's Advanced Data Grid control: > http://www.onflex.org/ted/2007/06/flex-3-wednesday-components-and-sdk.php > > Is there something like this available for Office 2007?
