Need to download data to Word Doc
Hi everyone! Hope I'm posting in the right spot. I really need some advice
so I can go in the right direction. I'm not a programmer, I just love what
Access can do. I have an existing DB producing all the letters and forms
necessary for Distributions. My company is going paperless (AWD) and one of
the current reports (JV) goes upstairs in printed form each day. In the
future, we want to "create" a work type and to do that, we must create a
document by "pasting" an image/copy of the JV report. When I do that, only
my data pastes. All my lines are gone! Ugh. I've tried Snapshot Viewer,
PDF, all the export options under 'Output To'.

What is the best "Print Preview" method to use so I can "copy" or "select
all" and "paste" in a Word doc? Should I have a template form in Word?

Would appreciate being pointed in a good direction. Thanks in advance for
your time.
