It is difficult to determine from either the title or your request: (1) what 
you want and (2) who you think you are asking.  This is a newsgroup for 
discussion of, and questions and answers about Microsoft Access database 
software in a multiuser environment. That does not appear to be what you are 
requesting, and, not knowing, I can't even suggest a good place for you to 
look in order to find an appropriate place or forum for your post.

 I am starting up a business and need new customers. Any help that you could
give me, I would really appreciate it.  Im not spaming anyone, so please let
me know if there are anyone you know who lives in the london area and would
be interested in the purchase of medical uniforms.

Im trying to get as many customers as i can. i need help tho. Please pass
this email on to whom ever you know who would be interested. I would really
appreciate it.

Here is a little about it:

We are a business that makes Medical Uniforms which are made for Nurse's,
Doctors, and any Medical team that there is out there like PSW's.

I know this must be important to you, but this is an inappropriate venue for 
any commercial solicitation.  This is a newsgroup for free technical 
assistance, Q & A, about Microsoft Access database software, and we do our 
best to be helpful in that area.  "Starting new businesses" is not the 
charter of this newsgroup.

Margaret, BY DEFINITION, your unsolicited commercial advertising here IS 
SPAMMING.

Not only are you spamming to try to get our attention for your business, you 
are asking us to violate our friend's confidence and trust by passing their 
names on to you for you to spam.  For shame! For shame!

There are other venues where advertising is permitted, but none of them are 
in the "microsoft.public..." hierarchy of newsgroups.
