Format MS Access Form to Fit Monitor   

I create adhoc reporting MS Access dbs for general users.  The users in my 
company have different monitors (makes and sizes).  When I format my form on 
my PC, the form is centered and all objects can be viewed without scrolling, 
however, when I pull up the db with anothr user at a different workstation on 
their PC, the form is sometimes skewed, off-center, or off-page where the 
user has to use navigation and or scroll bars to view the entire form.

Is there some place in the setup, design, or properties of the form to have 
it automatically format to each user's monitor, so it will always be centered 
and look the same as it does when I finalize the form from my station?

Any help is appreciated.

Unless told otherwise I design my systems for 1024x768.   Some folks
who use my systems have monitors that are 18" from thier keyboard so
can put papers there they use for other apps.  Other folks have vision
problems and are only given 15" monitors by thier employers.  Etc,
etc.
