My macro disappears from the toolbar in my template !
I am using Word 2002sp3 on XPpro. I have several templates which have a
special print macro (the same one is in each template). The template has a
number of mail merge fill-in fields over 2 pages of the WORD document. The
macro allows page 1 to be printed twice and page 2 to be printed 3 times. I
have customised the tool-bar so that the macro appears as a button in the
toolbar, but not in the normal template, only in the special templates.

When a new copy of the template is created, the macro button is in the
toolbar. I complete the fill-in fields and when the document is refreshed
the maco button disappears. If I click on Tools Customize, and do nothing
else, the macro button appears and remains when I close the Tools window.

Does anyone know what is going on ??? Thanks Roger
