NEED HELP! - Excel Object Model & .Net Compact Framework   

Hi! Please, I need help!

There is anybody who knows about the following issue: can I use Excel Object 
Model  with .Net Compact Framework?
I use Windows XP, Visual Studio 2005, Visual C#, PocketPC Windows Mobile 
5.0.
