convert excel table to MS Access   

I have Office 2000 and would like to know how to convert an MS Excel 
worksheet to my MS Access database.

Can't you just import it, i.e. File/Get External Data/Import Data?

You'll need to make sure you've got all your columns labeled, and that 
there's not "creative formatting" of the spreadsheet contents.  You'll 
need data in rows and columns, not interceding totals rows, notes in the 
1st row, etc.
