don't understand the last part of the subject title, this is excel.printing Gridlines will not print or display or preview if you have borders or cell color. A white background is not the same as automatic. Hi If gridlines are not printing there might be beacuse of the following reasons : 1. While you set your page setup, the gridlines option is not checked . So Check the option in your page setup i.e "GRIDLINES" and then try to print.This should resolve the issue Regards Ravi
