I have created an Excel 2002 worksheet that is set up to print in landscape. It covers four, letter size pages. It prints first the upper left section, then the upper right section, then the lower left section, followed by the lower right. I have created a PDF file from the Excel file that also is four pages. However, when I send the Excel file to a friend, print preview shows six pages instead of the four on my computer. Is it possibly resetting the vertical page break because her printer is set for some other size paper? What does she need to do to get the file back to four pages?
