Sizing a picture inserted in an Excel Spreadsheet
One of our users has requested that we insert a landscape oriented graph in
the middle of one of our spreadsheets. I scanned the form to a pdf file and
then to a jpeg. When I insert it in Excel, it runs off the page. If I set
the page size to legal, it still prints on 2 pages, but if we hold the pages
together, it matches the original letter-sized form perfectly. Is there some
way we can get the picture to stay on one letter sized page in Excel?

Thanks for the help!

RE: Sizing a picture inserted in an Excel Spreadsheet
You should be able to resize the picture: click on the picture, click and
drag on any of the little white circles that appear in the corners and in the
middle edges to resize it to the dimensions you wish.

If it is not the size that bothers you, you can always move the picture:
click and hold the picture, then drag it to the desired location until it
stays in the right area to print on just one page (check using Print Preview,
File --> Print Preview).

If all that is set: File-->Page Setup, under "Page" tab, choose "Fit 1
page(s) wide by 1 tall" under the scaling section and choose "ok," that will
force all the contents of that worksheet to one page.

If I missed what you are asking, please feel free to rephrase and ask again,
and I'll do my best in the next round!

Hope this helps, Jim
