I just started using excel 2007, when i select multiple ranges of cells using the control key, I can see the box surrounding the cells the first time, however when selecting the second range of cells, I can't see the box around the cells, additionally there is just the box no shading to show the selection, does anyone know of a way to change this?
This is normal behavior. The *last* selection you make is not shaded and this indicates that this is the active cell. -- Biff Microsoft Excel MVP "Lucian" wrote in message news:F329665D-756C-445B-8065-35F551C07078@microsoft.com... >I just started using excel 2007, when i select multiple ranges of cells >using > the control key, I can see the box surrounding the cells the first time, > however when selecting the second range of cells, I can't see the box > around > the cells, additionally there is just the box no shading to show the > selection, does anyone know of a way to change this?
