All of the sudden I cannot open an Excel file (or Word document). Also, Internet Explorer stopped working but I was able to reset it back to original settings and it works again. When I try to open an Excel file I get the box that says "Miscrosoft Excel has encountered a problem and must close" - exact same message when trying to access a Word document. I don't know what to do - I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office a few times but nothing helps.
