upgrading 1000 files from word 2.0 to word 2003

It is very urgent. Who can help me?

I am looking for a way to update/upgrade/convert very fast more than 1000 
files from word 2.0 to word 2003.
Can anybody help me with this problem?

I'm already looking for a way/solution for a few months and I didn't find a 
way.
