Strange text when copy paste from word to outlook
We are using Office 2000 ... we recently changed from using plain text
email to using html email (corporate logo's etc for signature and
disclaimer)

The problem I have now is various peoples email started showing the
following text within the body of the email:-

"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Ive tracked it back to Word 2000. When someone has an empty first line
indent and copy pastes it into a new email the above schema text shows
up after the user has sent the mail.

It does not show up whilst the mail is being written or even in the sent
items copy of the mail. Only on the received email. (Actually, I better
check if it shows when it is received externally as ive only tested
internals so far!)

Is this a bug? is there a fix for it? Anyone know why it happens?

I'll make sure im loaded up with current office updates tomorrow and
check again.
