Hi all, Just wondering if anyone can help me with the following. I am doing up headed company paper....... Is it possible for me to set up a Macro so that as soon as the document is opened from new it will ask who the Customer is and insert it to a certain place on the letter? I'm hoping to do up a full list of questions for a automatic letter but if I can get a start on this one I should be able to go from there!!! P.S. i'm using Word 2007! Thanks, Niall.

It will allow you to insert multiple items in if you wish.
