Dear experts, numbers in a row of a table, written with decimal points, do not align with the decimal point, although the respective alignment option under Format->Tabstop->Tabstop alignment has been chosen (radio button). Has any deep extra option to be activated beforehand in order to achieve it? Which one? Thank you Martin

Is there a TAB character at the beginning of the cell? Is the decimal point used in Word the same as specified in the Regional Settings of the Windows Control Panel? Version of Word? What's the connection to VBA?
