Agreements
Hi Everybody,
Will someone help me? I want to create an Agreement, so that when I mail it
to a recipient, it will open and ask them for their name, their company
name, address, city, state, zipcode and contact phone number and email
address. Then I would like for this document to have a drop-down that
allows them to select the service they wish to engage our company to do.
Then to complete the recitals, I'd like the information that they're
engaging us to do to populate the document. Then I'm all good, until it's
time for the date and signature. I would like the day's date to populate
that section. That's it.
Thanks, in advance for your help. I might be over my head, but I want to
automate and learn how to do this. If there's a resource I should refer to,
that's cool too.

Re: Agreements
Jesse,
I don't know if you will find someone that will sow and harvest the
wheat, grind the grain, mix the batter, then bake and frost the cake
all for free ;-)
What you need is is a document that contains a user form, a few
bookmarks and fields. You can start by reviewing the Word MVP FAQ
page on creating a UserForm http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Userforms/CreateAUserForm.htm
You can also look at populating a userform listbox at:
http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Populate_UserForm_ListBox.htm
If you want me to prepare this document for you then send me a
consultation request from the feedback link on my website.
