Windows XP Pro SP2 MS Word 2003 SP3 I have inherited a document that was originally created in Notepad and has paragraphs that look like the psuedo-paragraphs below: xxxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxx xxx xxxxxx xxx xxxx xx xxxxx x xxx^p xxxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxx xxx xxxxxx xxx xxxx xx xxxxx x xxx^p xxxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxx xxx xxxxxx xxx xxxx xx xxxxx x xxx^p xxxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxx xxx xxxxxx xxx xxxx xx xxxxx x xxx^p xxxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxx xxx xxxxxx xxx xxxx xx xxxxx x xxx^p xxxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxx xxx xxxxxx xxx xxxx xx xxxxx x xxx^p xxxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxx xxx xxxxxx xxx xxxx xx xxxxx x xxx^p xxxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxx xxx xxxxxx xxx xxxx xx xxxxx x xxx^p xxxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxx xxx xxxxxx xxx xxxx xx xxxxx x xxx^p I'm looking for a fast way to remove the unnecessary paragraph breaks while preserving a blank line between the actual intended paragraphs. I've written a macro that will do this on a selection, but I can only do it one small selection at a time as the macro will also delete the blank line between the intended paragraphs. Any ideas?
