I have a set of global templates stored in the STARTUP folder. They perform a variety of functions customising Word for use in our company. We have recently found there there seems to be a problem when printing an attachment in an email message. We get a compile error "Compile error on hidden module bPrint" We can then see that one of the templates has been disabled, and have to enable it in the list found in Help, About MS Word. Has anyone seen this before or have any idea what might be causing it? Many thanks, K
I would advise not opening or printing (which requires opening) any attachment directly from Outlook. Instead save to hard drive, open in Word, print. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/ which is awesome! Thanks, I know this is the ideal, but I have to cater for a lot of users, and I can't guarantee that they'll follow my instructions. I need to be sure that this addin will load no matter how they open Word. It does work fine most of the time, but occasionally someone gets this fault. I want to track down why this is happening. Any suggestions greatly appreciated
