Copy First Page into a Separate Template and Print
Here is what I am trying to accomplish, and have no idea where to begin.
If anyone could point me in the right direction, it would be wonderful.

I'm trying to create a macro/script that will copy the formatted text
from the first page of a document and merge it with a template to be
printed. My exact problem is that I am printing formal quotations on
letterhead to be mailed, and I need to fax the same quote. There is a
watermark on our letterhead that makes faxing difficult. I'd like to
merge the first page into a template that has the graphic elements of
the letterhead, in duotone minus the watermark, so that it can be used
for faxing.

Any ideas?
