I have installed Microsoft Reader on my MS Word and the converting icon does not appear on toolbar. I have followed all Support instructions to activate the add-in such as the Security Tab, Macros Tab, Add-In etc but the icon still does not appear. I have checked whether the add-in as been installed and in my Add Remove Panel, the Read is present so the software has been installed properly. Please help. Thanks.
