Removing Hidden Data -- Automatically or Stopping it from going into the document in the first place
I have a client who wishes to remove hidden data (their main problem is with
track changes) from Word documents automatically if they are emailed out of
the company. Currently they are using MAILSweeper which appears to allow 3rd
party executables to run. There is a command line version of Remove Hidden
Data called OffRHD.exe, but is this safe to run in a configuration like
this?

If this is distinctly "unsafe" then is there a way off permanently disabling
"Track Changes" through group policy or some other setting?
