Howto create panel like spell checker with custom controls on it?   

Hi,

I want to create a panel like spell checker when my button is clicked in 
toolbar. 
The panel that should be created at the right side of document. I want to 
add my textbox, a dropdown, listview and tab control in it. 
What type of object should I create this panel. How can Inspector help me 
out to do this?
Please guide me a way to do this. I am creating my addin in Visual C++ 6.
