EXCELL SPREADSHEETS IN WORD
Is there a way to insert an Excell worksheet with formulas into Microsoft
Word and be able to edit the sheet in Word and have the formulas recalculate
the results.

Yes. By default your Standard toolbar should have a button to Insert
Microsoft Excel Worksheet (got a surprise when I tried this: it inserted an
Excel 2007 sheet in my Word 2003 doc!).
