column width when pasted to Outlook   

Have downloaded a template from: 
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC010001131033.aspx?pid=CT101042971033

The left column always jumps to wide enough to fit the text when I copy and 
paste to Outlook. Wrap text is turned on in Word. I have told it in Word and 
Outlook what width the columns should be. Still no luck.

Will be using this as an E-zine.

Please advise.
