Actually I am the IT person for our company and I'd like to know the solution for this. I know of a couple of other companies where I have friends that work in the IT departments there and are have seen the same issue. Thanks for the profile tip, but short of blowing away and recreating the profile (that is a pain) does anyone know what is causing this?
