I am using s form from work and it does not allow spell checker to correct misspelled words. If I go into Tools > Language > the "Set Language" is grayed out. Can this be changed so I can use the form to automatically correct misspelled words?

In some versions of Word it will work in unprotected sections, but never in form fields. There is a macro on the word.mvps.org site that can be incorporated into a form in order to provide spell check functionality. You could request the IT group (or whoever provides the form) to consider using it...
