I recently made some changes to my Normal template and now whenever I spell check a document while in Web Layout view the view switches to Page Layout view upon completion of spell check. Even after removing styles and AutoText from the Normal template it continues. If I switch back to a clean backup copy of the Normal template hte problem goes away. Very frustrating, and I can't seem to find any other posts with similar problems. Thanks, Kevin
