Hi, How can I get the spell checker to work for an entire document ? The first part has no markings (of incorrect spelling or grammar), but the second part has. Copy-paste of the first part into the second (also as unformatted text) won't do the job. Tools->Spelling and Grammar starts at the second part. Selecting the text first, then Tools->Spelling and Grammar claims "Finished checking the section" without doing anything. Rechecking the document via "Options->Spelling and Grammar" is futile, too. What can I do ?? Help !! C.G.
More than likely, it's marked as text not to be spell checked. http://www.officearticles.com/word/spell_check_doesnt_work_in_microsoft_word.htm ************ Anne Troy www.OfficeArticles.com wrote in message news:1129221302.885510.166360@g49g2000cwa.googlegroups.com... > Hi, > How can I get the spell checker to work for an entire document ? > The first part has no markings (of incorrect spelling or grammar), > but the second part has.
