Routing Documents with a Link, not attachement
Hello!

I want a link to my word document in the email that routes my word document
for review.

The help files discuss the routed document as being an attatchement or a
link, but I don't want the attatchment and do not get the link when I route
a document for review....

We use Office 2002 on Windows XP

Hope you can help...

TIA,
Raymond

RE: Routing Documents with a Link, not attachement
In order to have the Link option the file must be in a shared location, such
as on a network server or a web discussion server. If the file is simply
stored in a regular folder on your local system a Link is not an option
because the recipients do not have access rights to the location.
