This customer has it's OfficeSyste 2003 installed on a Citrix-server. When every client opens the New-dialog it takes up to 1 minute to be able to browse the different templates (it's about 70 in different folders). Probably normal for that setup. If however the templates are stored on the local machines, the problem should be overcome.
