How do I remove default templates from Office 2007?
Hi,

We are in the process of rolling out Office 2007 to 200 Desktops. As part of
the roll out we are customizing the installation to give the users a default
set of templates they can use from a central point on the network. I would
like to be able to remove the default templates that come with the Office
installation that are usually stored in the c:\program Files\microsoft
office\templates\1033 folder (1033 is the default for english so can be
different).
I've tried removing the folder but Word recreates it and the templates. In
previous versions you could uninstall them via the control panel and add
remove programs change option but this doesn't seem to be possible with the
2007 version of Office. Does anyone know if it is possible?
