List of available printers - Word 2007
Our workstations have links to other workstations' printers. For example,
\\comp2\LJ4000 would point to the LJ 4000 on COMP2. For
ease of use, we've renamed these on the various workstations so the
above might be "Bob's LJ4000" on the list of printers in Windows.

But when we go to print something from Word 2007, the printer selection
dropdown won't show "Bob's LJ4000" but, instead, shows
\\comp2\LJ4000 Bob's LJ4000 on COMP2.

Is there any way to have Word 2007 list the printers the same way
Windows does?

Thanks.
