Re: Access denied error
Hi,

I have done some further investigation on this.

On a PC running Word2000 and Windows 2000 it works fine. You can map a drive
on the server, browse to it in Word and open documents.

On PCs running Office 2003 Pro you cannot browse to the drive in Word,
although you can in Excel and with Explorer. Word gives the error message
"Access is Denied". This is true for PCs running Windows 2000 and XP.

If I use a laptop that has never previously been a part of this
installation, again you can browse to the server in Word and everything works
fine.

This problem only shows up in Word.

Do you have any thoughts on this?

Many thanks,

          Richard
