Page setup automation
We just got a new printer in the office. Some of our old documents, however,
have settings for an old printer that conflict with the new printer (eg.
paper bins. The old printer plain paper was Drawer 2 and the new one is
drawer 5). Whenever one of the old documents are opened, the old printer
drawer 2 setting is still there instead of the new printer setting of drawer
5 (plain paper). To clarify this mess, paper bins were statically set
instead of leaving settings at default.

Is there a setting in Word I can make that will maintain the new printer
defaults?
