Hello, When I take info from Access and open it in Word It changes the layout and makes it 2 pages long with a huge blank area in the middle. Do you have any ideas on how to open it in word and have it look the same as it does in Access? Thanks, -- John D
You may have to use mailmerge instead or create a .pdf from the Access report. -- Hope this helps.
