Permissions on shared templates   

Hi,
I have a folder setup for workgroup templates and I want to prevent
users creating subfolders or additional files. What permissions do
users need to just use the templates from Word File->New ?  I figure
they need write to use the templates as Word create temp files when
someone has them open.
