I believe ITC was the original source. Chris Costello is the designer. Monotype and many other good sources are available for it. http://www.fonts.com/findfonts/detail.htm?pid=203883 It is not free; however, there are some of very similar "feel". Do a Google search, possibly or check out some of the free font sites.
