hello, I'm trying to help someone that is having problems in both PowerPoint and Word (2007) when they have an embedded picture. The user experinces random printer problems (a black horizontal line, slides not printing, etc.). In the case of the "black line", it appears randomly...sometimes running through the picture, sometimes on page 1 and sometimes on page 16. She is able to go back and reprint the affected page normally without a problem. The printer has been checked out by an HP technician and said to be fine....She has also tried printing using all the available drivers with no luck... Thanks!
