I would be very wary about downloading anything from that site.  If you
hover the mouse over Free Download, it displays "Zan Image Printer crack"

Likewise, the links to purchase a license display "Joy Image Printer crack"
There is no way I would give my credit card details to a site like that.

If you want something that has similar capabilities get Snagit from
www.techsmith.com.

I do not work for Techsmith, but I can recommend Snagit.

too.
