In print preview, the font shows up as it appears on the screen "Times New Roman 12 point" but when we print it it shows up compressed. This is a word only problem that we have to fix each time on a document by document case, by going to the Format Gallery and then Highlighting the text and then clicking add. Does this mean that our Normal.dot template got changed? If so how do you set it back to normal? If not, any other suggestions?
