Hi all, I want to paste-link a cell in Excel 2003 into Word 2003 as an in-line text. The steps: 1. Copy the cell in Excel. 2. Switch to Word, then click Paste. 3. Select "Match Destination Formatting and Link to Excel" in the Paste Option smart tag. It works, but a paragraph mark would be inserted before the cell content in Word and it is not possible to just delete it. Any ways of work-around this? Thanks. Frederick Chow Hong Kong.
My suggestion is: The steps: > 1. Copy the cell in Excel. > 2. Switch to Word, Go to tool bar "EDIT"- > Paste Special" - > select "Paste Link" Tab - > Select "Formatted Text (RTF)". Thats All.
