PCA window when closing Word   
When closing Microsoft Word 2003, sometimes a window of the "Program 
Compatibility Assistant" appears informing that "flash.ocx", not being 
contained in Windows any more, is missing. What is going on? Can anybody 
help me?

It might be that the Adobe Flash player is not installed, or that an older 
version is installed. Try here:
